We are looking for a self-motivated individual, a hunter. Someone feels confident approaching potential customers, enjoys the thrill of the chase, and thrives on the satisfaction of winning new business. You will be responsible for expanding BOC’s market share in a lucrative and competitive market. This is an autonomous role focusing purely on targeting and winning new business from a wide and varied range of businesses. You will have a dedicated sales and customer service team to back you up and provide support to your customers.

This opportunity offers an excellent remuneration package; a base salary, generous uncapped commission scheme, 13% superannuation, fully maintained company car, and business tools. In addition, we will provide in-depth training and support to ensure your success.

The Candidate
Your duties will include:
• Business development activity to win new customers
• Generating leads using a blend of cold calls & internal / external sources
• Maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities
• Capturing competitor account information within your territory

The successful candidate will have:
• In-field sales experience (preferable but not essential)
• Confidence in Cold Calling and Lead Generation
• The ability to work autonomously and independently
• Higher School Certificate
• A good driving history and clean police record
• Good written and verbal communication skills

*please note that this role will require you to operate a company vehicle so the successful candidate must currently hold a New South Wales Drivers Licence that allows the individual to operate the vehicle without supervision.
