Senior Commercial Analyst - Bulk goods

We are looking for a motivated analyst to provide process improvement between the bulk business and the commercial side of the business, this will include  implementing of strategies to improve the overall Key Customers pricing process.

The Candidate

Your duties will include;

  • Implementing and delivering on key initiatives, in particular pricing tasks, pricing analysis and contract management
  • Proactively analyse data to understand trends and find opportunities to improve
  • Managing  response to  business change
  • Participate in meetings and other designated special projects.
  • Continually analyse data to understand trends and find opportunities to improve practices and procedures
  • Conduct monthly contract escalations
  • Ensuring the customer perspective is the driving force behind all decisions and consistently seek feedback to fine tune the customer experience

 

To be successful in this position you will have;

  • Demonstrated success in previous roles
  • Previous leadership experience (Preferred)

  • An ability to handle escalated calls
